Series Description:
'So You're Writing A Book?' are the week-by-week musings I send each Sunday to my writing support group. Sometimes I write about aspects of the craft of writing, sometimes about marketing and publishing, often about what is going on in my life, good and bad.
There is a great deal of expertise there: a doctor, a couple of nurses, a shaman, several authors, a performance poet, a film maker, a couple of artists, a literary agent, a blogger, an editor, a historian of the British Navy in the 18th century, the head of a huge media company, and an 'influencer' amongst them.
The work is a Fantasy trilogy. 'The Cult of the Maiden' is complete at 115,000 words. The second book is 'The Half-Life Girl'. 'Rosebud' concludes the series.
I'm always looking for fresh ears to sound out the work. Contact me if you'd like to join on charles2506@hotmail.co.uk.
Category/Genre(s): Journal Entries, Essays/Columns, Nonfiction
