Every weekday morning, I get off of the train, and go to the Dunkin Donuts located in my train station. It’s a nice way to start my morning – and because I’m there everyday, the baristas know my order. When they see me coming, they make my coffee for me and have it ready by the time I reach the register.

        This morning though, one of the cash registers malfunctioned. As two employees worked to get the register fixed and running again, two other employees were working double time with the one working register, taking orders and making coffees. They were doing the best that they could – but the line was growing longer by the second.
