I don’t know what to say, except, “I can still do this? Even without my soul?”

"Please, try. The soul is not your only weapon or protection. There is so much more of you left. It may be our only chance."

In my double vision, I see something happening in the real world.

Wiver has landed close to us. Very close—as in right in front of us, his back to the building, his outstretched wings glowing in the firelight.

Then, they glow brighter.

Brighter.

Brighter.

Wiver takes a step back toward the battle. I see Wendigo has managed to stand....
