They're flying far too slow to stay aloft. They slow to a complete stop and hover over the coast. They're VTOLs, I think. I've seen them in a few games before. They're able to hover, take off, and land vertically. Their first strategy must be to hit Dentona hard with only their biggest guns. Maybe it’ll be enough.

If not, I don't know what they'll do if this thing attacks before Wendigo makes land. Maybe they have tanks in the city? I would assume they've pulled out all the stops.

Water churns off the coast. I still can't make out the monster, but reddish-gray skin occasionally breaks the surface of the froth.
