Teruya took all of one minute to explain the overcomplicated rules of his power and where I fit into the system. I get…well, some of it, but not enough to have any confidence in my own “abilities” once we’re in the “dream world”.

Maybe that's the point.

In our reality, you would most often project as omniscience but could manifest if I need you to. In dreams, I can’t promise anything.
