Scott’s knees gave out and he found himself sitting on the floor without knowing how he got there.

It was a trick of some kind. The old man was screwing with him, had used an image from the security camera and superimposed Scott’s face into the photograph…

As soon as he thought it Scott knew that was ludicrous. What was the point of doing something like that? There was nothing to gain from causing Scott to question his sanity. Plus, there was no way that old codger knew the technology to make such a convincing fake.
