When A Tempest Unravels:

A twin sized mattress once occupied by two lovers, who resided in a cheap apartment, with dull walls is currently in flames. Later I’ll rub the ashes onto my wrinkled skin, finding adolescence in what was once a tempest.

    “Where have the ferocious winds that once enthralled my body went?” The maiden sniveled.

    All of the fabricated emotions and moments caused by the lack of plot, linger in the smoke in the air. I am suffocating, but it’s okay to not be able to breathe once in awhile.

    “My breathe was once irregular, but now there is nothing going into my lungs.”
