Did I watch it or did I dream it? The question is more likely than not to follow watching Mark Christensen’s Box Head Revolution, a movie that takes the viewer to a different world of people who are not supposed to show their faces, and that applies equally to men, women, and children. Where was Christensen going with it?

Filmed in black and white with lots of moving shots from frequently changing angles, the filming style of Box Head Revolution is no less outlandish than its setting – an unspecified planet at an unspecified time (though we’ll learn from some of the movie’s events it is certainly sometime around or after the late ‘70s).
