I could see the glares in the boys’ eyes that night as they looked at Joseph from across the room. They knew that Joseph had been the one to tell their father about what they had done to the sheep and they hated him for it. The brothers snickered and whispered to each other, glancing in Josephs direction every so often; they seemed to be plotting some sort of revenge. I could tell without a doubt that Jacob loved Joseph more than his other sons and Joseph had the prime spot at the dinner table to prove it.
