I watched as the sky grew dark and foreboding.  The earth seemed eerily quiet and all I could hear was Noah and his sons hammering away.  They were putting the finishing touches on the masterpiece that they had begun years ago.  As the days passed, I knew that they would soon see the hand of God spread judgment over the entire earth.  Not a single creature would be spared unless they were able to somehow manage to find shelter within the ark.  The week progressed and Noah steadily gathered all of the animals that he had agreed to save.  Out of the chosen few, were seven pairs of every clean animal and bird.  Noah, upon the Lord’s request, also gathered one pair of every unclean animal that roamed the earth.  Years of storing food assured that every one of them would be...
