Hannah sat down in the chair that Masuda had pulled out for her. As she sat she tugged down the short dress Amy had insisted she wear for the occasion. It was her favorite dress and Hannah had been surprised that she could still get it on over her hips now she was eating normally again. She had been amazed by how flattering the dress had become with the curves she now carried. The dress was something Hannah had always felt self-conscious wearing, worrying about if Luke would think it appropriate, now it was something she didn’t have to concern herself with. It was made from black velvet and had a scalloped low, round neckline, and no sleeves.
