From the depths of despair,

Look up, the light is there.

With your heart in sadness’ hold,

Reach up, you have to be bold.

Your soul might be at breaking point,

Rise up, yourself, you can’t disappoint.

When the darkness around you is thick,

Stand up, rebuild hope brick by brick.

One to nothing to something to all,

Fly up, there is no way further to fall.
