but don’t hold your breath,

we’re gonna be here a while…

this is not a drill

but it’s definitely a test,

this virus is altering our social DNA…

we’re vomiting our collective illness onto protest streets,

burning the silence-sickness out of our lungs

to make our shouts too loud to ignore…

so take a deep breath,
