Author Bio For Rachel Leonard:

I was born as a twin in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. Since I was a child, I have written something. I wrote three-word messages to letters, to poems. My writing came along way from when I learned the words for colors.

My major was undecided when I graduated from Urbana High School in 1999. I learned a trade and graduated as a cosmetologist in 2003.  I didn't return to the academic sector until 2007. Later, in 2009, I graduated from Donnelly College with an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts. Following Donnelly College, I attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City where I studied Spanish abroad and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in English and minored in Spanish.

Currently, I'm a graduate student at New York University mastering the skills needed to become a legendary professional writer. I'm in love with writing!
