~Chapter 7 (continued)~

     The summer breeze blew, just a little, and Christine sat down on the porch, looking at her beloved husband, and daughter.  Even thought they weren’t very far from the house, they looked so small, on the immense land, the even more immeasurable sun shining down on them.  The sight of them out there, pa and daughter, brought tears to Christine’s eyes, and she wiped them away quickly.  She saw them turn around, and wave at her, and as she waved back, they made their way to the porch.  Ryan bent over, a little ways, to hand...
