Jussie thrashed around in her bed, twisting herself from side to side. Her little girl crying went unheard and her eyes remained closed. She was still asleep. Once or twice, she almost fell out of her bed, threatening to make a loud thump on the wood floor, but she didn’t. Instead, she cried and cried, her dream scaring her bad. She jerked and sat straight up in her bed, her eyes wide open, her tiny body trembling. She couldn’t help the words that screamed from her mouth.
