Jamie lay on her bed, dreading the next hour. She had a driving lesson that night and didn't know what it would be like to face Mr. Hancock out of costume. Though she was certain there was something more important she could be doing, all she did was stare at her clock.

Someone knocked on her door and she heard Grandpa Hattori say, "Eh, keiki, can we come in?"

With a sigh, Jamie replied, "Sure. Today couldn't possibly get worse."

To her surprise, both Grandpa Hattori and Grandma Brown came into her room together. Both looked uncomfortable and did not make eye contact with Jamie.

"Seriously?" Jamie asked. "I thought I was finally out of trouble now that the cult was dealt with."
