Having done the work of identifying all of these issues, and mapping out the way they intersect, focus can remain on heading off triggers. Some triggers are easier to spot than others, of course. For example, having identified trypophobia, I understand that if I avoid the sight of patterns of irregular holes, then I can avoid a day of emotional turbulence and anxiety.
