One thing that should come natural to human beings is how to handle other human beings. Why? Because we are human beings ourselves so we should know what other human beings are expecting of us. 

     Familiar with customer service? You know, that elusive thing that your cable company doesn't believe in. It is one of those very important things that you learn early on, as soon as you earn your first job. You have to know how to listen to the customer, respond in a steady manner and put changes into action, that of which deliver tangible results. Actions that should be woven into a person's mindset. But apparently it's not as common as you might think it would be. Common courtesy is not commonly found.
