Do they mail parent of the year awards or do I have to go pick mine up?

I only ask because over the Labor Day weekend we took a road trip to see my in laws. It’s about a 7 hour trek one way depending on traffic and how often we stop to pee.  We were about 20 minutes away from home when I heard my middle child say, “Mom, I really need to pee.”  

I asked my daring child as parents do, if she could hold it for 20 minutes. Naturally, no, she could not.

I took the next exit and pulled into a Wendy’s. As she climbs out of the car, my youngest decides she needs to go too. After fighting with my oldest to “just get out of the car so they don’t have to climb over you!”, she made it out of the car too.  By this time, I could tell my m...
