Can we take a minute and talk about Hoho cake? If you’re wondering, “Stacey, what the hell is HoHo cake?” Let me tell you, dear reader. HoHo cake is a layered chocolate cake with vanilla cream stuffed about 4 inches high between the layers.  It is then covered in chocolate ganache.  It is sinful and heavenly and oh my word I wish I had some right now. It is supposed to be a sophisticated version of the Hostess HoHo snack, but the way I eat it is not at all sophisticated.
