My friend’s husband is dying.

They were the best man and matron of honor at our wedding. My husband and I introduced them. I worked with her, my husband worked with him.  They have two incredibly smart children, an amazing home and a beautiful life. They’re in love, the world at their fingertips.

How does this happen?

How does one go from healthy to not healthy in a matter of minutes?
