I’ve started attending candlelight yoga classes on Tuesday nights.  I’ve been doing yoga either in my living room or in sporadic classes at the gym on and off for about 20 years.  New babies, fundraisers, work, laundry and sometimes sheer exhaustion has made it tough these past few years to find a routine again, so it’s mostly been “off”.  Back in January I started making yoga a daily priority, even if it’s only 15 minutes.  I’m amazed at the difference not just in my physical appearance, but in my mental one as well.
