Is the farmhouse trend over yet? 

I walked through Target, Hobby Lobby and a Pat Catan’s the other day looking for new decor. It was all farmhouse.

Listen, I have nothing against the farmhouse trend. I, myself have bought a few cute pieces after watching HGTV, but after having them out for awhile, I’ve realized it’s not completely my style, and I needed a change. 

So what is my style?

That’s a great question. Chip and Joanna would probably think I don’t have any.  I like bold colors, but I also like soft colors.  I like fun and eclectic but I also like timeless.  My kitchen is stocked with vintage pieces and a Tyrannosaurus rex cookie jar.

My walls are butter yellow in the family room and it blends into a deeper yellow...
