“Tis the season to be jolly....”

I’ve always loved this time of year. The glitter of lights as the nights get darker.    Cozy fires and hot chocolate, the hope of peace and goodwill.  As I look out my front window at the softly falling snow, Bing Crosby’s silky voice crooning in the background, I’m filled with the joy of the season. 

This joy will last approximately three minutes before reality gut checks me.

Moms are crazy busy in December! Besides the drain on our bank accounts from the shopping, we deal with cooking, hosting, and wrapping.

AND.....AND....not only do WE have to look good, so does our home!  

Okay, okay, I admit. Some of my own Christmas pressure, is my fault....
