Dear Lord, happily I pray to You

To praise You

To repent of my sins

To humbly ask for Your help

To yield to Your will

I am filled with awe and thankfulness

Growing deeper with each word spoken

Dear Lord, happily I pray to You

You ease my fears

You erase my doubts

You fill me with confidence

You make me joyful

I pray to You each and every day

Being close to You makes my life whole

Dear Lord, happily I pray to You

The love in my heart grows

The smile on my face widens

The happiness I have found is vast

The world is brighter

All because of You, my Lord
