The allotment party seems like it was years ago now. Yolande and I pounced on Tim and Dara, plied them with her punch, and persuaded them to join the co-op. Both work fulltime and couldn’t commit to working in the shop but they were happy to commit a larger investment instead.

I’m still working out details with the crafters but everybody is being really positive and we’ve even landed free legal help from the husband of the pottery woman. I’ve made initial contact with the council’s business mentor and my crazy idea is looking more like a real shop with every passing hour.
