“I need a large sheet of card, a torch, a table lamp, tinfoil, and do you have any fabric without a pattern on it?” said Jamie.

My son stood in the middle of the kitchen with his phone in his hand. He had a list on it which was surprising as I didn’t think he’d ever made, or used, a list in his life. Hannah now, she loves lists. She even writes one if we’re going to the local shop for bread and milk. She creates a list for Christmas present shopping in June and carries it with her everywhere. She is depressingly organised but this was new territory for Jamie.
