The shadowy waiting room, lit with a single dim lamp, reeks of too much incense and there’s no where to sit and wait. “Hello?” Nick calls again, frowning at Amy briefly before he remembers to paste on a false smile. “I’m sure they’re just finishing up with someone else.”
