Lafitte native Chad Theroux has been arrested on charges from battery to attempted murder following repeated incidents in which he endangered others while in the form of a rougarou.

The bus lurched to a stop. Rana Sweeney stepped off and tucked her hands into her jacket pockets as she walked.

That area of the St. Claude neighborhood was poorly lit. Sweeney walked along Press Street, following the railroad tracks.
