"So on one hand, we know more about the rougarou. We know it's after Officer Sweeney. And we're figuring out how to fight it," Paul said.

Jamison nodded slowly.

"And on the other hand, we know the Homebodies are lining up some high-profile targets. We can help them out by reporting our findings," Paul said.

Isabella nodded slowly.

Paul leaned back. His gaze swept the full staff of New Orleans Supernatural Weekly plus Jamison. "Then why are we reporting on the Green Box measures?"

"We're buying time," Isabella said. "We aren't ready to duke it out with Homeland....
