That street was under construction. The man, who was a Garden District resident, should have known how to get around it, or at least used one of many alternate routes. Instead the man drove as if he could barely see, knocking over signs and traffic cones and falling into potholes often. In time he made it through, albeit with some noticeable dents in his car.
