While researching the material for this book, I came across people who claimed to have contacted Nature Spirits. I do not intend to attempt to prove or disprove these claims, only to report them. Hopefully, more will come to light by conducting additional research based on material that may come to me after a sufficient number of people read this book. I assume some people have similar experiences or even conducted their own research on the subject. One person sent me a technique he had developed, and I am reporting it in Chapter Three.
