The future has a very apocalyptic feeling to it. 

Chaos appears to be the only thing thriving in this world and it leaves us with a very perilous hill to climb. One only has to open their eyes to see that disaster is imminent, even with all that so-called “hope”. If the past few years are any indication, we are headed for something that we may never be able to come back from. 

That is also the mind of a cynic, which is clearly my newest moniker these days. I actually found myself discussing the possibility of creating an emergency plan, just in case things really go south.
