CHANNILLO
My Life as a 21 Year-Old Grandmother
By Morgane Brun

Series Description:

The harrowing autobiographical story of a 20/21 year-old who developed kidney failure and four strokes following assault. Follow this experience through my own eyes through a series of journal and blog type entries to be published weekly - from acute trauma in the Hyper Acute Stroke Unit of Charing Cross Hospital, to slow and painful recovery and finally, to the beginning of a new life which proves anything is achievable if one truly believes in and works for it.

Fascinating (or so my friends say at least...!) new journal entries will be posted every Wednesday and Sunday from now on. Hope my writing inspires you to keep reading about my story and hope to hear/see your opinions, be it through comments, subscriptions, or follows - or even better, all three! :)

Category/Genre(s): Journal Entries
Updated: Undecided

Acknowledgements:

Thank you to my incredible husband who was with me every single day in the hospital and by my side during the long and painful recovery. I love you <3

Thank you also to my parents for all the incredible support they gave both me and  my husband at a time when it was most needed.

Thank you to my family in law for such wonderful support as well.

Finally, thank you to the friends who took the time to visit me in hospital - you know who you are :)
