Dear God,

     Well, there’s one or two things about being sick and down this long.  You get to read “My Life In France” by Julia Child, read a couple of books on how to grieve for your pet and having them reassure you your baby is happy and running around all of Heaven, and sitting in your recliner, taking lots of meds, watching the Food Network, drooling because it looks good and you know you can’t eat any of it, reading your Bible, and a new book, “Jesus Always” by Sarah Young your sister-in-love gave you.

     I can’t talk about Sophie yet, although I’m getting really tired of seeing dogs on tv commercials.  I miss my baby.  My office is the guest room, so we have a bed in here.  Well, Sophie sl...
