To my readers,

     I’m not doing very well at the moment.  My ex-husband, Carl, and I had to put our beloved Sophie to sleep on Wednesday (Feb.15).  I’m having a very rough time accepting it and dealing with it.  Please give me a few more days, and I’ll write an entry all about her.  She was extremely special, and I want to do her proper justice with my entry.

     Thanks for waiting and please keep our whole family in your prayers.  We all feel like we lost our sweet child.  We had her for all of her 10 years.
