I'm sitting in my chair right now trying to convince myself I have what it takes to make this interactive digital novel I've been writing into something special. Something awesome. Something fun.

I have no faith in myself whatsoever.

It doesn't help that right now, right outside my door, right across the street from where I am sitting, there is construction being done on what was once an old factory. Every day, all day, from 6:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. for the last nine months, all I hear is *beep**beep**beep**beep**beep**beep*beEP* *bEEP**BEEP**BEEP**BEEP**BEEP**BEEP**BEEP**BEEP**BEEP**BEEP* from the trucks and other various movable equipment.

It. Is. Driving. Me. Insane.
