I work with a woman who can just unleash her rage at a moment's notice, just give into the emotion and give herself over to it.  I could never do that. I would die from the anxiety in the aftermath of my actions. It must be nice to just let go. I'll never know though.

Here's an example. She's the bartender where I work and her relief is always late. Always. She knows this. Everybody knows this. But last week, their tardiness got under her skin. At about four p.m., she had a total meltdown behind the bar — a cursing loudly, stomping about, full-on throwing things, total toddler mode meltdown. She wanted to go, she could stand a minute more behind the bar, and she let the entire restaurant know it.

Loudly.

Now, a screaming, cursing fit might be gro...
