As I was walking home from lunch with a friend yesterday, I stumbled across a most curious sight. I was moseying along cause it was beautiful outside, thinking my thoughts (mostly about this damn novel I’ve been trying to write for months) and I came upon one of the many gothic cathedrals in this city.

So, there I am, thinking about how I’m going to transition my couple from eating food to hot, sweaty sex without plagiarizing myself and every other romance author out there by using the same old feeding one another cliché, when this couple descended the church stairs. The only reason I noticed them was because they were dressed as bride and groom. He was in a black tux and she had the white gown and veil and bouquet and everything. They skipped down the stairs, smiling, happy, holding hands.
