I want to start by apologizing for being lame.

I’ve been sitting in my rocker recliner all day long trying to think of something to write. I leave tomorrow morning for Comic Con and New York City, and I need to get this done before I go because once I hit Manhattan, I have a full itinerary up until the minute I depart to return back home.

I know all this, but instead of writing something, I’ve watched 15 hours of Black Sails because I scored a ticket to the private cast autograph session, and I want to have a connection with the people and characters, so I know who it is signing the poster I will be supplied with at the event.

And yet, nothing.

I guess I could say something witty about packing and all that, but I don’t have a funny anecdote to shar...
