“What were you like as a child and a teenager?”

     I took a big gulp of my coffee, not letting on that it about burned my throat going down.  Tears welled up in my eyes from it, but I kept my calm and swallowed one more time before I answered.

     “Just a regular child, I guess.  I’ve been told I loved playing outside a lot, making and eating mud pies, playing in gravel, digging up worms.  As a teenager, I wasn’t wild or anything.  I’ve read all the Nancy Drew books cover to cover.  I guess that’s where I get my mystery side, and wanting to find things out where there are question marks and blanks.  I’ve always asked questions, and wanted to dig deeper into thin...
