I said, I’m meeting the mayor for dinner at Talula’s,” says Doug.

“Ah, yes, you did mention that. Talula’s has great food. You will surely enjoy yourself,” comments Mrs. Marshdon with a warm smile.

Doug nods and then leaves to meet Jacob. As he steps outside, he zips and fixes his jacket. Surprisingly, Garth appears from around the corner of the house and calmly says, “We knew you would be here. You can’t do this, Mr. Vasiter. You must abort.”

Doug looks at him perplexed and inquires, ‘Excuse me?”

“You have been warned, sir. Please do not make the wrong decision and force our hand,” explains Garth as he walks back behind the house again.
