his mind, Doug has a restless evening and a restless night’s sleep.  The following morning he moves slowly and more deliberately. Camille wishes him well before leaving for class as he soon thereafter departs for the office. Pete meets him upon his arrival to inform him that the investors have started to arrive.

“I thought that meeting would be later,” laments Doug.

“We all did. I think they wanted to catch us off guard with the vote,” adds Pete.

They enter the boardroom and welcome their guests to the office. Pete and Doug do some last minute schmoozing in an attempt to sway votes. However, Townsend and a few others, while cordial, opt to remain out of the conversation and instead simply wait for the vote.
