I'm not as much his PA as I am his assistant but not on a personal level… If that makes sense? I am his business assistant I guess. I do things like set up meetings and attend with him to take notes, although I also research potential companies for us to take over and meet with business partners in his place. His actual PA, and a few other staff report to me. They're the ones who arrange travel booking, getting lattes, and making sure his suits are tailored. Thank God that's not my job, I'd go insane.
