Now that I am a dad of two boys myself, I realize just how difficult it is for little brothers to be funny in the eyes of their big brothers, try though they might. I am three years older than Andy. If something was funny to me, chances are that the humor was too mature for him. And if something was funny to him, chances are the humor was too juvenile for me. That’s the way brothers tend to operate if even just a few years separate them.
