That fall and winter passed quickly. Rory took two weeks off from school following the attack, but got back into the routine of things soon after. During those two weeks, aside from some intense therapy, she was looking at colleges. Instead of local like she had originally planned, she was looking at ones far away. Schools across the country. She needed to live and see the world and study psychology to learn why people did what they did. More specifically, why Seth did what he did. Boston was as good a place as any.
