Ty couldn’t help but think that the entire night had been one big, bad trip. Like he had taken LSD and everything that happened was just a hallucination. He quickly let go of Jaymi’s hand when Jason turned and told him to get into the backseat of Curtis’s Lancer to sit with Rory. He ended up with her head in his lap. Adrenaline was taking the edge off his drunkenness, but it didn’t erase it.  He felt so badly for this sweet girl. A girl he never bothered to even talk to. She looked so fragile and very young.
