Jaymi couldn’t believe what she was hearing and it must have shown because Rory looked like she was about to cry or vomit, Jaymi wasn’t sure which one and she didn’t want either one of those things to happen.

“Rory…um…that doesn’t make sense. Jenna died on my birthday, but I’m pretty sure she was alive at the time I was born.  I was named after her because she was on her way out the door, not that she was already dead.” Jaymi didn’t want to hurt her new friend’s feelings, but she also wanted to squash the idea that was rolling around in Rory’s head because that idea was horseshit.

“Do you think her death certificate is in there?” Rory pointed to the box of letters.
