Jaymi saw the look on Rory’s face when she walked back into the kitchen. “You okay?” her words were muffled by the huge wad of pizza with extra cheese in her mouth.

“Please don’t talk with your mouth full like that. It’s trashy.” Samantha said.

Jaymi rolled her eyes, swallowed her food in one big gulp and continued, “You look super freaked out. What happened?”

“I’m fine. I just have a weird hunch about these letters. Do you have a notebook and pen?”
